Hannah May charge a 50% cancellation fee of all appointments cancelled with in 24 hours and a 100% service fee of no show appointments. (50% back towards your next appointment) Please let her know of appointment changes as soon as possible. Being 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment and your card may be charged.
